Proposal "high"! Russian man romantically confesses his love at first sight to his girlfriend on the roof of Dubai Airport.

Today is February 14th, Valentine's Day in the West, and Dubai International Airport posted a romantic video on its ins account of a Russian man living in Dubai proposing to his girlfriend at first sight, making him not only in love, but also the first person in the world to propose on an airport rooftop.

The soon-to-be-married couple seemed like a match made in heaven, as they had known each other for just over a month as of the day of the proposal.
