Nsoatreman Football Club has officially withdrawn from the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League, citing growing concerns over the safety and security of its players.

The club expressed regret over the decision but stressed that recent violent incidents had left them with no alternative but to pull out of the competition.
“This decision has become necessary due to recent events during our matches against Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Samatex FC, which we formally reported to your office,” the statement read.
The club’s management and board of directors stated that they could no longer guarantee the safety of their players, emphasizing that player well-being remains their top priority.
“Given the current situation, we are left with no choice but to withdraw from the league to protect our players,” the letter added.
Nsoatreman FC concluded by apologizing for any inconvenience their withdrawal may cause and expressed gratitude to the GFA for its understanding and support.
